Find Yourself
all the way alive
in Perimenopause.
Something is calling. Deep within. It feels unsettled, perhaps… like there’s something more. Something wild awaiting you. Something powerful.
My love, this is not decline.
This is your becoming.
What's Your Archetype?
Your perimenopause experience is iconic. It has a shape, texture, an archetype. This three-minute quiz reveals yours.
Oh darling... do you feel that?
It’s a seismic power that society would rather you neglect.
It’s a vitality and a brilliant, awe-inspired confidence.
It’s a feeling of belonging in your beautiful and sensational body.
It’s beyond thought, and beyond reason.
It’s the moment you stop managing your life… and start living it.
Perhaps right now you're feeling...
Irritable
You’ve been blaming perimenopause. Or your husband. Or the weather. Or the driver in front of you who had the audacity to indicate late. But beneath the joke… there’s a low hum of something that’s been there longer than you’d care to admit. Something that’s possibly driven you to great success, and yet leaves you feeling quietly, inexplicably inconvenienced by the very life you built.
Nostalgic
You look at your past self and think that juiciness has long passed. The joy, the fun, the aliveness… where did she go?
Imbalanced
Perimenopause symptoms tend to arrive sideways. Hormonal fluctuations, emotional surges, aches and pains with no real medical answer… nothing quite stacks up the way it used to.
Overwhelmed
Disconnected
You fluctuate between ignoring your body’s cues and being a slave to them. Something in you knows there’s another way… you just haven’t found it yet.
Fatigued
Perimenopause fatigue does not dance with logic. No matter how stringent your self-care practice, no matter how much you prioritise sleep and relaxation, you still wake up feeling sluggish and resistant.
It's wild to consider, but while all of these things may sound nebulous or philosophical, they're grounded in hormone and endocrine health. It's not you, it's biology. And I have all kinds of potions and practices to meet you there.
This is not about fixing you.
You are not broken.
Perimenopause is a rite of passage… the body’s most ancient and intelligent signal that something profound is being asked of you. Not endurance. Not management. Not pushing through.
Awakening.
Through naturopathy and astrology, through myth and symbol and story and plant medicine… through the tender, precise, devotional work of understanding your body as the sacred and brilliant vessel it is… big life happens here.
Not managed symptoms. Not a supplement stack and a shrug.
Life. The kind that makes you press both hands to your heart and wonder how on earth you ever settled for less.
Welcome to Peri Moon.
I’m Nelle… a perimenopause naturopath, narrative therapist, astrologer, mother, dancer, and writer. I’ve walked through the fire myself, and what I found on the other side was not the woman I used to be.
It was someone wilder. Wiser. More alive than I had ever been.
I built Peri Moon for you. For the woman who senses there is more to life and is ready to dive in.

Why I no longer display testimonials here...
There’s a shadow side of the feminine that yearns to be fact-ed, verified, logic-ed. The more I learn about feminine consciousness, the harder it is to deny that our need for intellectual validation can actually strip us of our intuition, our feelings, and our sense of connection.
When someone follows their beautiful, divine, illogical spark of inspiration and lands on a page looking for a testimonial to confirm their intuition… what it really does is usurp logical thought above the mystic knowing.
When we see others affirming our inspired action, instead of anchoring us, it sets us in comparison, competition, and expectation.
This is so wildly counter to what I teach, what I know to be true, and what I know to be healing. Instead of freedom, it imprisons us in fact… and our experience ceases to be our own.
It’s like a little gateway on the path to higher consciousness. A sign that you’re already thinking like the woman you’re becoming.
