Women navigating the wild, holy terrain of perimenopause and midlife… coming together in a container of warmth, depth, and genuine medicine. We move with the moon. We speak what has been unspoken. We remember, together, what we came here to be.
Times vary with the season and the women in the circle… because we are cyclical creatures, and so is this.
Your first circle is my gift to you. No obligation, no pitch, no agenda. Just an experience of what it feels like to be held in this way.
If the circle calls you back (they have a way of doing that)… ongoing circles are $22 per month. Come when you can. Life happens… and the circle will be here when you’re ready.
Please note… there are no recordings. What happens in the circle stays in the circle. This is not a webinar. It is a sacred container, and its sanctity is part of its medicine.
The Session

Part Two of You is a six month, deeply held 1:1 container for the woman who is ready to stop managing her life and start living it. Who is ready to understand not just her hormones, but the myth she’s been living inside… and the one that’s waiting to be born.
Through the combined languages of naturopathy, medical astrology, narrative therapy, and the ancient wisdom of plant and story medicine… we follow the arc of the Heroine’s Journey. Not as metaphor. As medicine.
It is my deepest devotion to curate spaces of warmth, of nourishment and of curiosity, that nurture the nervous system as we excavate the darker layers of the unconscious. When the somatic wisdom of the body shows the way, the stories of the cells can be shared in congruence with the non-linear path of whole-hearted, soul healing.
The Journey
Sequel unfolds across three phases, each one building on the last... each one asking more of you, and giving more in return.
Seed
Weeks 1–4 · The Shaping
We begin where all things begin… in the dark, before the knowing.
Here we gather the full picture of who you are. Not just your pathology and your hormones, but the blueprint that was laid down before you had words for it. The imprinting of mother and father, the conditioning of culture and family, the stories you told yourself to survive, and the beliefs you borrowed without ever choosing them.
This is not blame. This is archaeology.
We move through the Moon, Saturn, Mercury, and Jupiter… the inner planets of your personal cosmos, the architects of your interior world. We understand your biology and cultivate your unique experience of thriving. We nourish the nervous system that has been holding everything together, often at great cost.
The seed knows exactly what it contains. We are simply learning to read it.
Root
Weeks 5–8 · The Descent
This is the deep work. And it is also, somehow, the most alive you have ever felt.
As above, so below. While we descend into the root work of Chiron, Pluto, Mars, and Uranus… something is already quietly shooting upward. You won’t see it yet. But it’s coming. The rooting and the rising are the same motion.
Here we meet the wound that shaped everything. The power that was taken, or given away. The anger that was swallowed so many times it became a personality trait. The moment of disruption (and there always is one) when the old life cracked and something true came flooding through.
The naturopathic and herbal medicine in this phase is potent and precise. Your body is doing enormous work. We resource it accordingly.
Bloom
Weeks 9–11 · The Return
She’s been here all along. Waiting, patiently, beneath every role you’ve ever played.
Now, through Venus, the Sun, and Neptune… we meet her. We learn what she actually values, beyond conditioning. What brings her genuine pleasure, beyond performance. Who she is when no one needs anything from her.
We reclaim radiance not as an aesthetic but as a birthright. We reconnect to something greater than the self that has been working so hard for so long. We practise, gently and with great tenderness, the art of trust.
This is how it feels to find yourself All The Way Alive.
